1984: Nineteen eighty-four

Bit like buses, you wait for ages for 1984 to be put on as a play and then you get 3 versions come along at the same time. I missed Blind Summit’s production (with puppets no less) earlier this year. If you’ve been reading all this week you’ll know I caught Paper Zoo’s production and now a new adaption by Matthew Dunster. It runs from today until 27 March at Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre. If you’ve been following my movements closely, you’ll know why this production is particularly close to my heart.
