Philip to his friends – is a photographer who is doing work that is very critical of US foreign policy – aren’t we all? [Actually no–Ed]. He does a nice line in cynical humour. Some might say his stuff can be a bit obvious, but I think it’s direct and very effective – sort of Banksy with photographs. Standouts for me are his series of objects ‘America the Giftshop’, which has it’s own site, and ‘United States of Entertainment’, and ‘Bankrupt’, but all his stuff is worth a looksie – so, go and have a looksie.
