I’m contributing a series of psychogeography articles to Now Then magazine, the free, newish Manchester edition of a Sheffield publication. They’re going to be published under the banner “Nowhere Fast” and will look/reveal/take the piss out of some of the absurdities that make Manchester the place it is. The first article is in Issue 5. It’s out now and can be picked up in the Northern Quarter amongst other places or read here on-line (I’m on page 19). Elsewhere is an interview with Michael Palin no less. The first article in the series is about the phenomenon of buildings getting called ‘One’ by developers who blight the land. I’ll post the full text of the article along with more photos here on my blog, but in a super augmented reality stylee you can visit the Google Map of the article and maybe even walk the talk by clicking here. Future episodes will include riots and public loos, so subscribe now.
