It’s the Tour de Britain and I went to Knowsley for the time trials stage which was won by Bradley Wiggins. At some point in the future Lord Paul Weller of Barking will pen “Wiggo: The Musical” and tell his tale which becomes more epic yet tragic with every pedal stroke. Anyroad, one bloke in lycra on a bike is much the same as another, so once again I concentrated on the crowd.
